Production on "Bond 25" officially got underway on the 25th of April with a Live Stream from Ian Fleming's "Goldeneye" confirming more details about the upcoming film, however unlike previous announcements, the title is being kept under-wrap for now. Yesterdays live-stream confirmed that early filming had take place due to weather conditions in the location being correct at the time.
Bond 25 will be written by Scott Z. Burns, Cary Joji Fukunaga and Phoebe Waller-Bridge from a Story by Neal Purvis and Robert Wade.
The Official Synopsis - "Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology."
The returning cast was confirmed as Daniel Craig, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Léa Seydoux, Ben Whishaw and Rory Kinnear who had all appeared in "SPECTRE" - Jeffrey Wright was also confirmed as returning, he last appeared in Quantum of Solace.
As for new additions, Rami Malek (who has long been rumored to appear in the film) was announced as the main antagonist alongside Dali Benssalah, David Dencik, Billy Magnussen, Lashana Lynch and Ana de Armas
